Motivation
CLAUDE.md requires all agents to track campaign progress during Phase 3+, but animal agents (owned by Six Animals) have no campaign awareness. Additionally, Gandalf’s SKILL.md has detailed write instructions for Phase 1 and Phase 2 but nothing mechanically specific for Phase 3, causing Gandalf to acknowledge milestones conversationally without updating quest.md.
Approach
- Gandalf Phase 3 fix — Add mechanical Phase 3 progress tracking instructions to Gandalf’s SKILL.md Section 4
- Animal campaign extensions — Campaign-owned extension file injected into quest commands via
!cat`` pattern - Six Animals stub — Generic “Context Extensions” section in all animal SKILL.md files (separate repo, separate PR)
